Reservation process

1. Contact us with details on your preferred dates. We will get back to you with availability and costs.

2. We will e-mail, fax, or mail you back a rental contract, and the amount of downpayment to be made.

3. Sign it, and mail it back to us, together with a down payment. The reservation is considered definite when we have received your signed agreement and down payment.

4. Once we have received your initial payment, we will send you a rent receipt, with all the details and balance due information.

Payment

Method of payment

We accept checks, bank wires, money orders, traveler's checks, PayPal and cash. Prices listed are in US dollars. You can pay with other currencies according to current rates of conversion.

Security deposit

Your security deposit in the amount of 200 Euro has to be paid at the time of reservation. Deposit will be refunded within one week after the last day of tenancy, unless there is substantial damage to the apartment.

Renting fee

Rent for the first month of stay, or total stay if less than a month, is due no later than 14 days before the occupancy.
If renting for longer than 1 month, each subsequent month's rent is due on the 1st of the month.
Rent is prorated according the length of the stay.

Cancelations

Any cancellation by you must be in writing. If you cancel less than 1 month prior to your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable.

Occupancy

Only those persons named on the booking form may use the property.
No smoking in the apartment
No Pets
The person signing the contract is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of his/her party.
The property must be left as clean at the end of the period, as you found it in the beginning.
Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk. Please consider buying a traveler's insurance.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival time is between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the rental start date. Departure time is 12.00 p.m.(noon) on the last day of your stay. Let us know at the time of booking if those times do not agree with your schedule. If your arrival is delayed, you must inform our representative. Our representative will be waiting for you at the apartment. Check-in before 9:00 am and after 7:00 pm or on Sundays is subject to a $75 fee payable at the time of your reservation. Latest check-in time is 10:00 pm unless per prior agreement. It usually takes about 2 hours between landing, customs clearance, luggage pickup, public transportation or taxi to Paris.
